Police recovered two dead bodies in rural Texas amid the investigation into the disappearance of two moms from Kansas who went missing in Oklahoma, authorities introduced Sunday.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the FBI and the Texas County Sheriff’s Office stated the bodies will likely be “transported to the Office of the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner to determine identification and cause and manner of death,” in a press release on X.

Authorities haven’t recognized the deceased.

Moms Veronica Butler, 27, and Jilian Kelley, 39, each from Hugoton, Kansas, have been missing since March 30. The final identified details about the missing ladies is that they have been driving in Oklahoma to choose up Butler’s youngsters for a celebration in Kansas.

Authorities later discovered their car deserted in rural Oklahoma, close to the Kansas border.

On Saturday, Oklahoma police introduced 4 folks have been arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree homicide, two counts of kidnapping and one rely of conspiracy to commit homicide within the first diploma in reference to Butler and Kelley’s disappearance.
