Denver Nuggets ahead Aaron Gordon will miss time after struggling accidents to his hand and face from a dog chunk on Christmas.

Gordon required 21 stitches to the lacerations on his face and proper hand — his taking pictures hand — following the dog chunk, league sources stated.

Gordon is “in good condition” and can be away from the group whereas recovering, the Nuggets stated Wednesday. They supplied no timetable for his return.

He has averaged 13.6 factors, 6.9 rebounds and three.4 assists in 28 video games this season with the reigning champion Nuggets.

Gordon missed 4 video games in late November and early December with a heel pressure. The 28-year-old performed by means of the heel ache, and when he returned on Dec. 2. in opposition to the Sacramento Kings, he stated after the sport that strolling felt like “stepping on a stone.”
