Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry will journey to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, between October 27 and November 1 to advance U.S. goals on local weather and clear power prior to the twenty eighth UN Climate Change Conference (COP28), which will probably be held in Dubai later this 12 months. In Abu Dhabi, Secretary Kerry will take part in Pre-COP28 , a key preparatory assembly with a big variety of different governments.
